Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership Team - Dentistry

Clyde Munro Dental Group is one of Scotland’s leading dental groups, with a commitment to excellence in patient care and professional growth. We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team and provide crucial support to our Board of Directors and senior management team.
The Role
Working within a busy and dynamic environment, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations at the executive level. This is a part time role, ideally 3 days per week with a salary of £35,000 + pro rata. We are flexible on which days you work and will be a mixture of office based and work from home. The role does require occasional travel in Scotland to attend events & meetings.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing administrative support for board governance, including preparation, recording, and distribution of board minutes.
Compiling, organising, and managing board reports and related materials.
Tracking action items and following up with board members and senior staff as needed.
Acting as the primary contact for board members on administrative and procedural matters.
Supporting the Chair and senior leadership with correspondence and communications.
Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
Assisting with annual board calendars and onboarding of new board members.
Managing complex diary scheduling, coordinating meetings, and prioritising workload with precision.
Coordinating travel arrangements, itineraries, and agendas.
Managing day-to-day communications with external stakeholders professionally and efficiently.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in diary management and scheduling.
Ability to prioritise a busy workload while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Experience providing senior-level administrative support, including agenda planning, minute taking, and report preparation.
Flexibility to undertake additional tasks aligned with the role and support colleagues as needed.
